On Friday, we had the most beautiful spring weather, and it was an all around perfect day for Jill and Nick's wedding! The fun began at Jill's mom's house where the girls got ready.

The week of Easter I got to photograph one of my regular families. I LOVE the way the mom always dresses the kids in the most timeless, classy outfits that always match one another perfectly!

Two Proud Accomplisments!

It being April fools day, I'm not sure this is the best day to post, but this actually no joke, in fact two things I'm really proud of! A few weeks ago I was told that I was chosen by the New Haven Register as the Girls Indoor Track "Coach of the Year". This past Sunday, a large , color photo appeared in the paper (see below) . I know many of you didn't even know I was coaching, and just recently a few of you found out and had a genuine interest in it, so I figured I would share with you! And even better news... yesterday I found out that I was chosen AGAIN for the second year in a row, in the Best of Weddings by The Knot. This is a HUGE honor, as The Knot is such an awesome magazine and chat line for brides to be! I again don't know how I was chosen for this, but I do know that it had to be from my AWESOME previous brides who put in a good word about me. Who ever you are, whatever you said, THANK-YOU! I really appreciate it! It keeps me striving to do better, and look forward to the start of a new season!

My beautiful nieces

Last week I photographed my nieces. It's so funny watching them change during our photo shoots. My oldest niece has it down pat now, but it's on her terms, and my youngest, well she's walking so do you really expect her to sit down with her sister for any period of time? They did really well though...

Last week, I had such a fun time photographing this adorable girl... She brought along her cousin who was 8 to bring out the best smiles and it was hysterical watching them together. She would copy his every move and came up with some precious shots!

The "F" Family

Last week, the "F" family came to the studio for their springtime/Easter photos. We had such a good time. The kids were dancing and jumping around and playing with their Easter baskets, eggs, etc. And check out their outfits... how freaking adorable?!

Baby S Photos

Last weekend I had the oportunity to photograph an "old client" except this time it was their little baby! Baby S just celebrated his first birthday!
He started off the morning with his cup of coffee...
After he got warmed up we got some cute ones of the fam...
And some adorable ones of him alone!

He was such a good kid the whole time!
